Returns & exchanges

To provide a better shopping experience, we are confidence enough to accept returns on any unsatisfied order!

Our warranty last for 14 days from the date your order was received, please note if 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For an eligible return;

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. For sizing matters or other related issue, shipping fees back to us will not be covered and will be bared by the customer itself, however, we will be happy to give you a one-time exchange free of charge.
  4. We highly recommend returning all items using a traceable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.
  5. Any return or exchange item will have to be received by us first before we are able to further process your request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as order number and invoice confirmation number from us that was sent to you when your order was placed.

Notice: Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 15% restocking fees will apply for cash refunds, or a full refund on life-time store credits, so you can shop with us again anytime.

 

 

Not Accepted:

  1. Items not in its original condition, has damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error.
  2. Items which are returned after 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an exact amount spent during your purchase will be credited back to you in STORE CREDITS with a one time special code being emailed to you, within 24 hours after inspection.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged and if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], the arrangement will be made to the closest delivery location to our warehouse for you to send it back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in which shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund into store credits.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held liable for any loss packages.
